As a special gift to the community, Go Vegan Radio – the non-profit organization producing LA REGGAE VEGAN FEST – is inviting the public to attend THE FREE COLLEGE OF VEGAN KNOWLEDGE, just south of our paid ticketed event, where you can see and hear most of our informative main-stage speakers and others in lengthier discussions FOR FREE.

Ticket holders for LA REGGAE VEGAN FEST will also have access to THE FREE COLLEGE OF VEGAN KNOWLEDGE and can go back and forth whenever they please.

From Ethiopia, President of the International Fund for Africa (www.IFundAfrica.org), Anteneh has been instrumental in advancing neonatal care and improving children’s health in his home country, where he has also worked tirelessly on behalf of homeless dogs and other animals. He has established some of the first Vegan organizations on the continent. Dr. Roba is currently a physician in private practice in Fairfax, Virginia after years of service in a Houston emergency facility. He is co-editor of the just published book “Africa and Her Animals: Philosophical and Practical Perspectives”, and a contributing writer to the books “Circle of Compassion” and “Rethink Food: 100+ Doctors Can’t Be Wrong”

Poet, animal rights blacktivist, teacher, hip hop artist, producer, and recording engineer, has performed and received high acclaim at the Vegan World Summit & Expo at UC Berkeley, Yale University, Connecticut College, the Green Earth Poets Cafe in Brooklyn, and the 2017 National Poetry Slam in Denver, and has won poetry slams in New York City, Boston, Hartford, and Bridgeport. His first book, “I Am Not Food” will be released in early 2019.
