EVENT ENTRY – Each ticket has an individual bar code capable of being scanned only once. You may print the ticket that is emailed to you after paying, or show your emailed ticket on your mobile phone for scanning at the gate where you will receive your wrist band.
TICKETS ARE TRANSFERABLE and can be used by someone other than the purchaser.
PAYMENT METHODS – We use PayPal Checkout which lets you use any credit card or debit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account, you can use other methods including e-check.
REFUND POLICY – as is customary with concerts / festivals, there are NO REFUNDS except in the case of event cancellation
